【摘要】 目的　用第二足趾组合组织再造长手指。方法　以足背动静脉为蒂 ,设计窄条状的足背皮瓣、跖背皮瓣、跖底皮瓣、趾腓侧皮瓣与带第二跖骨的第二足趾组合再造长手指。结果　再造 7例 8指(示指 1指 ,中指 4指 ,环指 3指 )全部成功。再造手指长度与健侧对应手指相同 ,外形比较美观。再造长手指ROM平均为 14 9°(96°～ 180°) ,指腹二点分辨觉为 6～ 12mm。结论　第二足趾与同血管蒂的四个皮瓣组合移植是再造长手指较为理想的方法之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To reconstruct digits with transfer of the second toe and combined tissue. Methods With the pedicle of pedis dorsalis artery and vein, combination of narrow strip of pedis dorsalis flap, dorsal metatarsal flap, plantar metatarsal flap, fibular great toe flap and second toe with the second metatarsal bone were designed to reconstruct digits. Results All reconstructed 8 digits in 7 cases were survived with comparable length and appearance to that at the healthy digits. Excellent appearance and function was achieved. Conclusions The second toe transfer combined with 4 composite flap with the same vessel pedicle is an ideal option for digits reconstruction.更多还原
