【摘要】 目的探讨组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂 1(TIMP 1)在乳腺癌患者病程进展中的意义。方法对 4 8例原发性乳腺癌患者癌组织石蜡标本 ,采用标准链霉菌抗生物素蛋白 过氧化物酶亲合免疫组织化学法检测肿瘤组织中TIMP 1的表达情况 ,分析其与临床病理特征间的关系。结果 4 8例乳腺癌中TIMP 1阳性表达率为 2 9% ;本组患者无腋淋巴结转移者、高分化者、无远处转移者及 5年生存者TIMP 1表达水平低于有腋淋结转移者、低分化者、远处转移者及死亡者 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论TIMP 1表达水平与乳腺癌患者的转移和预后相关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical singnificance of metalloproteinase(TIMP) 1 expression in human breast cancer.Methods The expression of TIMP 1 in paraffin embedded breast carcinoma specimens from 48 patients with primary invasive breast cancer who had undergone radical mastectomy or modified radical mastectomy from January of 1990 to Dcecember of 1996 were detected by the standard streptavidin biotin peroxides method,and its correlation to clinicopathologic featurea was analyzed. Ruslts Among 48 cases,the positive expression rate of TIMP 1 was 29%, TIMP 1 expression were higher in patients with higher histological grades than in those with lower ( P <0 05),and TIMP 1 expressions were higher in patients with axillary lymph node metastasis than in those without( P <0 05), and TIMP 1 expression were higher in patients with distant metastasis than in those without ( P <0 05),and patients with higher exerpression of TIMP 1 had a worse prognosis than those with lower expression ( P <0 05). Conclusion TIMP 1 is correlated with metastasis and prognosis in breast cancer.更多还原
