酒依赖相关精神障碍患者的脑干听觉反应及P300异常变化
Auditory brainstem response and event related potential P300 in patients with alcoholism
【摘要】 目的 探讨酒依赖患者脑干听觉反应 (ABR)及P30 0 的特点。方法 以click短声、听觉靶刺激和非靶刺激为诱发事件 ,检测 2 6例男性酒依赖患者及 31名男性正常人的ABR和事件相关电位P30 0 。结果 (1 )ABR :与对照组比较 ,酒依赖组波Ⅱ~波Ⅶ的绝对潜伏期长 ,波Ⅱ~波Ⅴ的绝对波幅低 ,差异均有显著性和非常显著性 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1 ) ;(2 )P30 0 :在靶刺激中 ,酒依赖组的P2 和P3潜伏期 [分别为 (1 87± 2 6)ms和 (31 9± 2 7)ms]长于对照组 [分别为 (1 71± 2 1 )ms和 (30 2± 1 6)ms] ,P2 和P3波幅 [分别为 (3 9± 2 3) μV和 (3 5± 3 1 ) μV]低于对照组 [分别为 (6 0± 2 1 ) μV和 (8 2± 4 1 ) μV] ;在非靶刺激中 ,酒依赖组的N1 潜伏期 [(1 0 8± 1 4 )ms]长于对照组 [(98± 1 2 )ms] ;差异有显著性和非常显著性 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1 )。结论 长期大量饮酒不仅损害脑干功能 ,同时损害皮层认知功能
【Abstract】 Objective This study was conducted to investigate the characteristics of auditory brainstem response (ABR) and event related potential P 300 of patients with alcoholism Methods Both ABR and P 300 were recorded from 26 male alcoholics and 31 normally male controls Results The alcoholic patients showed abnormally irregular ABR and P 300 wave forms compared with the controls ABR in patients showed delayed absolute latencies (waves Ⅱ Ⅶ) and decreased amplitudes (wave Ⅱ, wave Ⅲ, wave Ⅳand wave Ⅴ; P <0 05 or P <0 01) Both target P 300 and nontarget P 300 in patients presented prolonged latencies and decreased amplitudes of major components ( P <0 05 or P <0 01) Conclusion Long term and large amount alcohol drinking damages not only the cognitive function but also the brainstem function The combination of P 300 and ABR is more efficient in detecting the brain function of alcoholics
