应用PET研究示踪剂穴位注射后的经络走行空间定位

【摘要】 目的 探讨利用PET多功能图像处理软件 (MPItool)的图像融合功能 ,显示18F 脱氧葡萄糖 (FDG)穴位注射后沿经络走行的空间定位。方法 健康志愿者 5例 ,用生物物理经络体表循行线客观定位法在体表精确测定经典穴位 ,除选定为注射点的最低穴位外 ,其他拟测穴位均作出标记点。固定体位 ,分别采集透射扫描和发射扫描图像 ,将两者融合 ,并据三维坐标系 ,测标记点距与之对应的相同空间坐标水平处走行线的距离。结果 清晰显示了示踪剂穴位注射后沿经络走行与肢体的空间关系 ,得上巨墟穴位平均深度约 3.8cm、足三里穴位约 5cm。这些深度数值与经典穴位深度基本相符。结论 利用PETMPItool,初步获得拟测经典穴位与该穴位注射后示踪剂沿经络走行的空间位置及距离 ,基本符合经典理论记述的穴位深度。

【Abstract】 Objective To show the images of tracer-stretching along the acupuncture meridian by use of PET with multipurpose imaging tool (MPItool’s) fusion function. Methods On 5 healthy volunteers, we measured the classical acupuncture points accurately with the biophysical measuring method. 18 F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) was injected into the selected points, the others points along the same meridian were labeled with 18 F-FDG applied on the correspondent skin area of <1 mm 2. With the same body position, the transmission image and emission image was acquired respectively and fused with MPItool and its 3D display system. Results We clearly showed not only the meridian-stretching images of the tracer, but also figured out the depth of the study points. The depth at SHANGJUXU point was about 3.8 cm and at ZUSANLI point was about 5.0 cm. The depthes basically fit the classically documented ones of the correspondent acupuncture points. Conclusions Using PET MPItool we preliminarily demonstrated that the tracer injected at the acupuncture point stretches along the correspondent meridian, and the depthes of the meridian and the points (SHANGJUXU, ZUSANLI) detected are almost accordant with the classically documented ones.
