两性聚丙烯酰胺提高纸张强度的研究
Improving Dry Strength of Paper by Amphoteric Polyacrylamide Resins (APAMR )
【摘要】 介绍了以实验室合成的两性聚丙烯酰胺树脂(APAMR)作为造纸增强剂的作用效果和机理。实验结果表明:在麦草浆中添加0.45%的两性聚丙烯酰胺树脂,可使纸张的裂断长提高12.9%,耐破指数提高16.2%,留着率提高18.5%。
【Abstract】 A series of amphoteric polyacrylamide resins(APAMR)was synthesized by means of aqueous polymerization with acrylamide(AM)and acrylic acid(AA)and dimethyldiallyl-ammonium chloride(DMDAAC)as raw materials,potassium persulfate as initiator and N,N-methylenebisacylamide(MBAM)as crossing agent.The effect of APAMR on paper strength and filler retention was discussed in this paper.The result of experiment showed that paper breaking length,burst index and filler retention increased12.88%,16.15%and18.51%respectively when0.45%APAMR-28(based on oven-dried pulp)was added in wheat straw pulp.
