【Abstract】 The preparation of amphoteric starch in a process of cationization and phosphorylation simultaneously in the media of water and organic solvent was investigated,the factors influencing the substitution degree(DS)of anionic and cationic groups and reaction efficien-cy were also studied.The media of water and organic solvent allowed that phosphorylation could be conducted by using sodium tripolyphos-phate as an anionic agent at low temperature.The amphoteric starch showed excellent enhancement effect when it was used as a strength a-gent in wastepaper pulp,the paper burst index,tensile index and elongation could be increased54.81%,42.76%and37.53%,respec-tively.The enhancement effect was correlated with the DS and gram-ratio of anionic and cationic groups in amphoteric starch as well as the dosage of amphoteric starch itself.更多还原
