【摘要】 落叶松磺化化机浆在高得率(试样I,得率81.6%)条件下,仍能获得较高的强度(裂断长在4km以上),可以满足箱纸板底层用浆和瓦楞原纸用浆的强度要求,也可用作高强度纸和板纸的配浆。在双螺旋辊式磨浆机磨浆过程中可进行浆料洗涤,洗浆用水减少,磨浆能耗一般低于200kWh/t浆。

【Abstract】 A high yield(i.e.81.6%)sulfonated chemi-mechanical larch pulp can be used as the furnish of the bottom layer of liner board and the base stock of corrugated medium due to its relative high strength.The application of a twin screw roller refiner to the refining of larch SCMP not only can save water consumption as the pulp can be washed during refining,but also can reduce energy consumption.200kWh/t can be lower compared with the conventional refining process.
