南京地区5168人双能X线骨密度测定分析
Analysis of bone mineral density of 5186 cases by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry in Nanjing area
【摘要】 目的 探索南京地区正常人骨密度 (BMD)变化规律 ,为骨质疏松症 (OP)的防治提供科学依据。方法 对南京地区 2 0~ 89岁人群中 5 16 8人 ,采用双能X线骨密度仪测定腰椎 (L2 - 4)、股骨上端 (Neck、Ward’s、Troch)的骨密度 ,按 5岁为一年龄组 ,将其分成 14组。结果 (1)女性骨峰值出现于 30~ 34岁 ,男性出现于 2 5~ 2 9岁。 (2 )女性 4 0岁时Ward’s区骨量已有明显丢失 ,5 0~ 5 9岁各部位骨量丢失加速 ,80岁时再加速 (BMD平均年丢失率均 >1% )。男性骨量丢失是逐渐、缓慢的 ,但在 6 5以后也有一较快骨量丢失过程 ,其主要部位是Neck、Ward’s、Troch。结论 (1) 4 0岁后应检测BMD变化 ,监测部位以股骨上端Ward’s最敏感。 (2 )OP的防治重点在女性 ,老年男性同样要重视
【Abstract】 Objective\ To study the changes of bone mineral density(BMD)in people in Nanjing and provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis(OP). Methods\ BMD of lumbar vertebrae (L 2-4 ),Femoral neck,Ward’s triangle and trochanters of 5 186 cases aged 20-89 was measured by dual energy X ray absorptiometry.They were divided into 14 groups by every five years. Results\ (1)The BMD peak of females was found in age group of 30-34,while it was found in age group of 25-29 for males.(2)Significant loss of BMD was found at Ward’s triangle at age 40 for females and accelerating loss at age 50-59 and 80.The loss of BMD in males was graduall,but there was also a rapid loss in age group of 65 at neck,Ward’s triangle ,troch anters. Conclusion\ (1)BMD measurement is necessary after age of 40.The most sensitive sites of detecting osteoporosis are Ward’s triangle.(2)We should give to females the emphasis of prevention of OP,but we should pay attention to males as well.
