双骨胶囊对维甲酸致骨质疏松大鼠下颌骨结构影响的初步研究

【摘要】 目的观察中药双骨胶囊对维甲酸所致骨质疏松大鼠下颌骨结构的影响。方法选择3月龄SD雌性大鼠,采用85mg·kg-1·d-1维甲酸灌胃15d复制模型,模型复制成功后,采用“双骨胶囊”进行治疗。治疗30d、60d后,取大鼠磨牙段下颌骨进行组织切片观察,并作形态计量学测量。结果光镜观察显示,双骨胶囊组和雌激素组下颌骨骨小梁增宽,骨小梁间隙减小,骨髓腔缩小。组织形态计量学测量结果表明,两治疗组骨小梁平均宽度明显增加,骨小梁平均间隔宽度明显减小。结论中药“双骨胶囊”可通过全身用药,改善颌骨结构,抑制破骨细胞活性增强引起的骨吸收,从而减缓下颌骨骨量丢失

【Abstract】 Objective\ To investigate the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine Shuanggu capsule on the mandibular structure of rats with osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid. Methods\ Female SD rats, three months old, were selected to duplicate the model with retinoic acid 85 mg\5kg -1 \5d -1 for 15 days intragastrically. After the model was successfully established, the therapeutic effect of Shuanggu capsule administered for 30 and 60 days was observed by pathomorphology and histomorphometry of the molar sections of the rat mandibles. Results\ On light microscopy, the trabecular bone of mandibles widened, and the trabecular interspace and medullary cavity decreased in rats of Shuanggu capsule group and estrogen group, compared with rats in no treatment control group. Histomorphometry analysis indicated that 30 and 60 days’ treatment with the drug significantly increased the trabecular width of mandibles and decrease the trabecular space, compared with the control group. Conclusion\ Oral administration of the traditional Chinese medicine Shuanggu capsule can improve the structure of mandibles and inhibit bone resorption caused by osteoclasts, thus slowing down the mandibular resorption process.
