【摘要】 目的:进一步探讨卡莫氟的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:对胃癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌、食管癌、头颈部癌其它肿瘤,分别用卡莫氟行单药治疗、联合化疗,依照WHO抗癌药临床研究规定的标准评价疗效。结果:卡莫氟单有效率:胃癌27.5%、结直肠癌37.9%、乳腺癌48.0%、食管癌20.0%、头颈部癌33.3%、其它肿瘤31.3%;联合化疗效率:胃癌44.1%、结直肠癌40.9%、乳腺癌72.5%、食管癌50.0%、头颈部癌48.8%、其它肿瘤74.5%。结论:卡莫氟治疗多种肿瘤的有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To further investigate the clinical effect and adverse reactions of Carmofur.Methods:One thousand two hundred seventy-nine case of gastric,colorectal,breast,esophageal,tumor of head and neck,and other cancers were treated by either single chemothera-py of Carmofur or Carmofur combined with other anticancer drugs.The therapeutic effects were evaluated according to the criteria of Ministry of Public Health of China.Results:The response rates of single Carmofur chemotherapy group were:gastric cancer27.5%,colorectal cancer37.9%,breast cancer48.0%,esophageal cancer20.0%,head ansd neck cancer33.3%and others31.3%,while the response rates of these cancers were44.1%,40.9%,72.5%,50.0%,48.8%and74.5%respectively.Conclusion:Carmofur is an effective drug for these tumors.更多还原
