【摘要】 目的:研究p27KIP1和CyclinE蛋白在骨肉瘤中的表达,探讨其在骨肉瘤发生、发展中的可能作用。方法:应用免疫组化S-P方法检测28例骨肉瘤石蜡标本中p27KIP1和CyclinE蛋白的表达情况。结果:p27KIP1蛋白在28例骨肉瘤中表达阳性率为42.9%,在对照组20例骨软骨瘤中为75.0%,骨肉瘤与骨软骨瘤相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。CyclinE蛋白在28例骨肉瘤中表达阳性率为67.9%,在20例骨软骨瘤中为10.0%,骨肉瘤与骨软骨瘤相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。p27KIP1蛋白在骨肉瘤中的表达阴性率为57.1%,与CyclinE蛋白在骨肉瘤中表达阴性率67.9%相比二者差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:p27KIP1在骨肉瘤中表达降低,CyclinE在骨肉瘤中高表达,二者与骨肉瘤发生机制有关,且具有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of p27 KIP1 and Cycline E proteins in car-cinogenesis and development of osteosarcoma.Methods:p27 KIP1 and Cycline E proteins were de-tected by S-P immunohistochemical method in28cases of parafffin-embedded sections of os-teosarcoma .Results:The positive rate of p27 KIP1 protein in28cases of osteosarcoma was42.9%and75.0%in osteochondroma .The difference between them was prominent (P<0.05).The posi-tive rate of Cycline E protein in28cases of osteosarcoma was67.9%and10.0%in osteochon-droma.The difference between them was prominent (P<0.01).The negative rate of p27 KIP1 pro tein in osteosarcoma was57.1%,while the positive rate of Cycline E protein in osteosarcoma was67.9%.There was no statistic difference between them(P>0.05).The expression of p27 KIP1 pro tein in osteosarcoma decreased while the expression of Cycline E protein in osteosarcoma in creased.Conclusion:It is suggested that p27 KIP1 and Cycline E proteins may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of osteosarcoma.更多还原
