【摘要】 目的　探讨应用冲击加缓释法介入治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法　 31例妇科恶性肿瘤患者均进行一次冲击加缓释法介入治疗。在DSA引导下 ,采用Seldinger技术双髂内动脉插管 ,向肿瘤供血动脉灌注化疗药物 (顺铂 -冲击治疗 ;特制丝裂霉素C复合乳剂及 5 FU乳性骨架阻滞剂 -缓释治疗 )并加明胶海绵栓塞子宫动脉。结果　介入治疗症状缓解率达 93.5 4% ,肿块消退率占 90 .32 % ,无明显副反应 ,随访 5个月～ 3年 ,复发 1例 ,死亡 1例 ,2 9例健在 ,其中 2 4例在介入后 15～ 39天内行癌肿根治术。结论　本法作用时间延长 ,副作用小 ,减少反复动脉插管合并症 ,避免长时置管的护理难度 ,为近、远期手术治疗提供操作方便 ,是治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of interventional treatment in gynecologic malignant tumor with the impact combined with sustained-released medication.Methods The impact combined with sustained-released medication was performed once on each patient with gynecologic malignant tumor in 31 cases.Guided by DSA,the catheter was placed into the bilateral internal iliac arteries and anticarcinogenic drugs were infused into the tumor by using Seldinger’s method (DDP-impact treatment;the specialized compound emulsion MMC and 5-FU emulsified skeleton retarder-sustained-release treatment).Then,the gelfoam particles were used to embolize the uterine arteries.Results The symptom-relieve-rate and tumor-regression-rate were 93.54% and 90.32% respectively.With the follow-up from 5 months to 3 years, it was showed that one case relapsed,one died and 29 still alive,of whom 24 cases underwent carcinomectomy in 15 to 39 days after intervention.Conclusion The effective time of this medication is prolonged obviously with less side-effects,and it could reduce the complication of repeated artery intervention and avoid the difficulty of nursing the patients with long-term embedded conduit.It is an effective way to treat the gynecologic malignant tumor and convenient for the immediate and prospective operation.更多还原
