【摘要】 目的 :证实魏氏伤科热敷治疗床方主要的消肿止痛药理作用 ,了解本方不同制剂对本方的药效影响。方法 :对本方采用混悬剂。酊剂不同提取法制剂制备 ,采用混悬剂灌饲小鼠行扭体法、酊剂外涂鼠尾行甩尾法镇痛试验 ;混悬剂灌饲大鼠行足跖肿胀法、滤纸片致肉芽肿消肿试验。结果 :本方混悬剂制剂有较好的镇痛消肿作用 ,以酒提水沉法疗效较佳 ;本方酊剂冷浸高浓度制剂镇痛作用较好 ,酊剂冷浸低浓度制剂与浓度相近的酊剂热提制剂相比 ,后者镇痛效果较佳。结论 :本方不同提取法制剂以及同一提取法不同浓度制剂对镇痛消肿药效作用可产生不同影响 ,为中药复方剂型改革提供了初步实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To confirm the pharmaceutica effect of Wei’s recipe for chliasma bed,and to investigate the effects of different preparations for improvement of the conventional administration.Methods:Peparation of suspension from Wei’s recipe is adopted for analgesic tests of body twist,which can also be used in anti-inflammatory tests of rat plantar tumentia and filter paper induced granuloma;while preparation of tincture of this recipe is experimented in analgesic tests of tail-flick latency.Results:The suspension of the recipe manifested substantial effects of analgesia and detumescence,and prepration of aqueous precipitation of alcoholic extract is comparatively effective;The high-concentration tincture is strongly analgesic;The analgetic agent effect of the warm-immersion fraction is more obvious than the low-concentration tincture despite their similar concentration.Conclusion:Different methods of preparation lead to different antioncotic and analgetic effects,so does same method of preparation with different concentration.Such experimental investigation makes the innovation of conventional preparation becomes possible.更多还原
