【摘要】 目的 :探讨强肾密骨液外用电渗方法治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效机理。方法 :抽选老年及绝经后骨质疏松症患者 80例 ,治疗组 4 0例强肾密骨液外用电渗治疗 ,对照组 4 0例口服龙牡壮骨冲剂治疗 ,分别测取治疗前后 BMC/ BW、E2 、Testo、BGP。结果 :治疗组与对照组治疗后血清 E2 、Testo及骨密度值均有升高( P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5 )两组治疗前后差值比较 ,治疗组升高值明显高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。两组治疗后 BGP变化无意义 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :强肾密骨液外用电渗治疗原发性骨质疏松症 ,通过调节性激素 ,增高骨密度 ,从而发挥临床作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To inqinto the curative effect mechanism of iontophoresis of Qiang shen Migu liquid,used in the treatment of progenic osteoporsis.Methods:The clinical data of 80 cases of osteoporsis that divided into the iontophoresis of Qiang shen Mige liquid treatment group and the control group.Determinations of the BMC/BW?E 2?Testo?BGP?were carried ont before and after the treatment.Results:In the treatment group and the control group.The levels of BMC/BW?E 2?Testo can be increased after treatment (P<0.01 and P<0.05)and the treatment is higher than the control group(P<0.01),but the BGP level of two groups aren’t difference(P>0.05),after treatment.Conclusion:Iontophoresis of Qiang shen used in treating progenic osteoporsis could make significant clinical effects by adjusting sex hormone and improving BMD更多还原
