【摘要】 目的 :对比艾灸至阴穴加膝胸卧位与单纯膝胸卧位法矫正臀位妊娠的疗效。方法 :对观察组 6 3例臀位妊娠给予艾灸至阴穴加膝胸卧位法治疗 ,并与对照组 5 9例臀位妊娠行单纯膝胸卧位治疗对比。结果 :观察组有效率 92 1% ,对照组有效率 5 2 5 % ,两组比较差异显著 (χ2 =2 4 12 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :艾灸至阴穴加膝胸卧位法矫正臀位妊娠有效率明显高于单纯膝胸卧位法更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To Compare therapeutic effects of combination of moxibustion at Zhiyin (BL 67) and knee chest position, and simple knee chest position for correction of breech pregnancy. Methods The observation group (63 cases of breech pregnancy) were treated moxibustion at Zhiyin (BL 67) combined with knee chest position, and the control group (59 cases) were treated with simple knee chest position therapy. Their therapeutic effects were compared. Results The effective rate was 92 1% in the observation group and 52 5% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups ( P<0 01 ). Conclusion The effective rate in the moxibustion at Zhiyin (BL 67) combined with knee chest position therapy for correction of breech pregnancy is obviously higher than that of the simple knee chest position therapy.更多还原
