【摘要】 目的 :观察痛泻宁穴位贴敷治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法 :将 6 0例慢性溃疡性结肠炎 (UC)患者随机分为治疗组 (痛泻宁贴敷组 ) ,对照组 (柳氮磺胺吡啶组 ) ,每组各 30例 ,治疗 1月。结果 :临床痊愈率分别为 4 6 6 7%和 33 33% ,两组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。总有效率分别为 90 0 0 %和 86 6 7% ,差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。治疗组起效时间较对照组短 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :痛泻宁穴位贴敷有调整胃肠功能和促进溃疡愈合的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Methods Sixty cases of chronic ulcerative colitis were divided randomly into the treatment group treated with acupoint application of Tongxiening, and the control group treated with azulfidine, 30 cases in each group. The treatment was given for one month. Results The clinical cured rate was 46 67% in the treatment group and 33 33% in the control group, with a significant difference ( P<0 05 ), and the total effective rate was 90 00% and 86 66%, respectively, with no significant difference between the two groups ( P >0 05); The treatment group produced more rapidly effect as compared with the control group( P<0 05,P<0 01 ). Conclusion Acupoint application can regulate gastrointestinal function and promote healing of ulcer.更多还原
