【摘要】 目的：观察"艾灸血清"(MS)对肿 瘤浸润淋巴细胞(Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes,TIL)增殖和表型的影响。方 法：用"艾灸血清"培养TIL，通过流式细胞术进行检测。结果： 发现"艾灸血清"能明显促进TIL的增殖，加快其进入指数生长期，"艾灸血清"能协同 细胞因子rIL-2持续升高TIL中CD+3阳性细胞数，维持CD+4阳性细胞，显著提高CD +8阳性细胞， 使CD+4/CD+8出现倒置，这种协同作用存在穴位相对特异性。结论： "艾灸血清"有利于从细胞增殖和表型两方面促进TIL的生长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To observe the effect of Moxibustion Serum(MS) on proliferation and phenotypes of tumor infiltrating lym p hocytes(TIL). Methods The TIL was cultured with MS and th e results were examined by flow cytometry. Results MS cou ld enhance the proliferation of TIL and accelerate it to reach the logarithmic g rowth phase; further investigation revealed that MS could assist recombinant int erleukin 2(rIL-2) to enhance successively the percentage of CD+3 positive T cells, maintain the number of CD+4 positive Tcells, greatly promote the pe rcentage of CD+8 positive T cells among TILs. Such cooperative effect had re lative specificity of acupoints. Conclusion MS is benefic ial to the growth of TIL both in aspects of proliferation and phenotypes.更多还原
