东天山阜康断裂的变形方式与全新世滑动速率
Activity Forms and Slip Rates of Fukang Fault
【摘要】 利用实地调查资料对东天山阜康断裂的变形方式和全新世滑动速率进行分析与研究 ,结果表明 :阜康断裂由 4条低角度的南倾逆断层斜列组成 ,具有最新的构造活动性 ,端部断层活动较弱 ,全新世平均垂直滑动速率为 0 13~ 0 33mm a ,中部断层活动强烈 ,全新世平均垂直滑动速率大于 1 4 2mm a ;全新世断层活动方式总体上表现为稳定滑动 ,西段表现为多期间歇性活动 ,中、东段表现为持续性活动 ,更早时期存在直抵地表的快速错动。
【Abstract】 Based on detailed field investigation, this paper deals with activity forms and slip rates of Fukang fault in east Tianshan, China. This fault is consisted of 4 segments of secondary reverse faults, dipping to south and with a lower dip angle. It is a recent geological margin, controlling late Quaternary tectonic evolution in this region. All these fault segments display active features on ground, mainly with a stable form in Holocene, such as scarps, offsets of terraces and young sedimentary deposits, etc. The distal segments, dipping in high angles, are less active with a relatively small rate of vertical slip in Holocene (0.13~0.33mm/a), while the middle segments, which dip in low angles, are mainly characterized by strong thrusting, and show a high rate of vertical slip (over of 1.42mm/a).
