【摘要】 目的 :研究葛根芩连微丸质量标准控制方法。方法 :样品经适当提取后点于硅胶G簿层板上 ,以氯仿 甲醇 水 ( 6 0∶3 5∶10 )下层为展开剂 ,紫外光灯 ( 3 65nm)下检视 ,测定波长为λ =2 56nm。结果 :回归方程 :Y =12 6480 .70X -4673 .72 ,r =0 .9996 ,线性范围 :0 .4945～ 2 .472 5μg ;平均回收率为96 .48% ,RSD为 2 .2 0 %。结论 :本法操作简便、结果准确 ,可为评价新药质量提供可行依据。[关更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method of quality control for Gegen Qinlian micropill.METHODS The extraction solution of preparation was analyzed on silica gel G plate,using the lower phase of chloroform methanol water (60∶35∶10) as the developing system, observing by UV(365 nm) lamp, then detected by single wavelength scanning(λ=256 nm).RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the rang of 0.4945 ～ 2.4725 μg. The average recovery and precision(RSD) for puerarin were 96.48% ( n =5)and 2.20% ,respectively.CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,accurate and available for quality control of Gegen Qinlian micropill.更多还原
