【摘要】 目的 :探讨少腹逐瘀汤的主要药理作用与机制。方法 :采用离体子宫实验、缩宫素和己烯雌酚诱发小鼠痛经实验、无菌塑料管所致子宫炎症实验和皮下肉芽肿实验。结果 :少腹逐瘀汤能明显降低正常♀性大鼠离体子宫自发运动的收缩和舒张强度 ,抑制缩宫素诱发的离体大鼠子宫收缩频率加快 ,延长“痛经”小鼠扭体反应潜伏期 ,明显减少扭体反应次数。中剂量少腹逐瘀汤明显抑制塑料管所致大鼠子宫炎症反应和棉球所致大鼠皮下肉芽肿形成。结论 :少腹逐瘀汤具有良好的子宫解痉和抗炎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe major pharmacological actions of Shaofuzhuyu Tang (SFZYT) ,a mixture decoction made from several traditional Chinese medicines. METHODS Several experimental models including uterine methods in vitro,ache models by es tradiol and oxytocin,inflammation models by asepsis plastic tubes or tampon were used.RESULTS SFZYT could strongly reduce the contraction and extend tensilities of uterine au tonomic contraction and inhibited the frequencies of uterine rhythmic contractio n induced by oxytocin in rat in vitro.SFZYT also prolonged the latent period and decreased the numbers of torsion reaction in estradiol and oxytocin-induced me n orrhalgia mice.Meanwhile,the hysteritis by asepsis plastic tubes and the subcuta neous inflammation by tampon could be lightened at the higher dosage of SFZYT. CONCLUSIONS SFZYT possesses relieving uterine convulsion and an ti-inflammatory action.更多还原
