【摘要】 目的 :用滞留时间法评价所得褪黑素的经皮渗透参数 ,并根据所得参数推断褪黑素能否制成经皮给药制剂。方法 :用 6个扩散池进行褪黑素体外 2 4h的经皮扩散试验 ,并计算出褪黑素的扩散系数D、分配系数Km、稳态通量Jss等参数。用滞留时间法将这些参数进行了验证。结果 :证明所得参数基本正确。结论 :褪黑素完全可以制成体外经皮给药制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate parameters of percutaneous for Melatonin TTS.METHODS Percutaneous permeation of melatonin was studied in 24 hours in vitro. The diffusion coefficient ( D ), partition coefficient ( K m) and steady state flux ( J ss ) were gotten.RESULTS The results indicated that these coefficients were obtained.CONCLUSIONS Melatonin can be designed for TTS absolutely.更多还原
