pH依赖型梯度释药麝香保心微丸在健康志愿者胃肠道的转运和崩解

【摘要】 目的 探讨 pH依赖型梯度释药麝香保心微丸在健康志愿者体内的转运和崩解情况。 方法 采用γ 闪烁显像示踪法进行体内示踪观察。结果 HPMC包衣微丸在胃中崩解 ,Eudragit L 30D 55包衣微丸在十二指肠崩解 ,而Eudragit L1 0 0 S1 0 0 (1∶5)包衣微丸在空回肠部崩解 ,微丸在胃和小肠的转运时间 ,于禁食状态下约为 5h ,标准餐后约为 6h ,在微丸到达回盲部前已基本完全崩解。结论 pH依赖型梯度释药麝香保心微丸在人体内具有pH依赖性梯度崩解溶散的特征 ,预计该制剂1 2h服药一次是可行的

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the gastrointestinal transit and disintegration of pH dependent gradient release Shexiang Baoxin pellets in vo lunteers.METHODS The γ scintigraphic tracer was used to in vestigate the gastrointestinal transit and disintegration of coated pellets in volunteers.RESULTS The γ scintigraphic tracer evaluation d emonstrated that the pellets coated with HPMC,Eudragit  L30D 55 or Eudragit  L100 Eudragit  S100 combinations of 1∶5 could disintegrate at stomach, duodenum and jejunum or ileum,respectively.The gastrointestinal transit time of coated pellets was about 5 h in fasted state and about 6 h after fed. CONCLUSION pH dependent gradient release Shexiang Baoxin pellets had the characteristic of pH dependent gradient release and dispersion. It would b e reasonable and suitable for the pH dependent gradient release pellets to be taken at intervals of 12 h.
