【摘要】 目的　比较 4种不同产地佛手挥发油的化学成分。方法　采用有机溶剂提取法得佛手挥发油 ,运用色谱 质谱技术 ,结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分离和鉴定 ,用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果　从福建、广州、四川、金华佛手的挥发油中分别鉴定了 :4 0 ,2 8,2 6和 36个化合物。结论　各种佛手挥发油的主要组分为枸橼烯、γ 异松油烯和 5 ,7 二甲氧基香豆素 ,但其所含的主要成分的比例完全不同 ,而且各种佛手挥发油含有其特异的组分更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the oils from different bergamots( Citrus medica var.).METHODS The bergamot oils were extracted by organic solvent.The chemical compounds were separated and identified by GC MS.The relative content of each component was determined by area nomalization.RESULTS Fourty,twenty eight,twenty six and thirty six compounds from Fujian,Guangdong,Sichuan and Jinhua bergamot oils were identified and analyzed respectively.CONCLUSION The main constituents of the bergamot essential oils from four varities bergamot were d limonene,γ terpinene and 5,7 dimethyoxy coumarin respectively.But the contents of main constituents were different and each oil owns its special components.更多还原
