萘普生核-壳型共聚物纳米胶束的制备及特性
Preparation and characterization of naproxen loaded copolymer micelles
【摘要】 目的 探讨两亲型可生物降解材料聚乙二醇 聚谷氨酸苄酯 (PEO PBLG)为载体制备萘普生核 壳型纳米胶束。方法 阴离子聚合制备载体 ;超微透析法制备胶束 ,透射电镜观察形态 ,动态光散射测定粒径 ;考察胶束的体外释药特性。结果 不同分子量材料制备的载药胶束平均粒径分别为 12 3.6和 192 .0nm ,含药量为 16 .9%和 2 3.7%。体外释放速率受介质的影响 ,介质为pH7.4的释放曲线方程为Q =1.893t+2 17.7,r =0 .9919。结论 PEO PBLG核 壳型纳米胶束将可能成为一种新型的药物载体
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the preparation technology of naproxen loaded core shell type nano micelles which were made by the biodegradable amphiphilic poly (ethylene glycol) poly(γ benzyle L glutamate)(PEO PBLG).METHOD The micelles were prepared by the diafiltration method.Its morphology was observed by transmission electron microscope.The micelles size and distribution were examined by dynamic light scattering.The in vitro naproxen release behaviors from micelles were determined in different pH medium.RESULTS The mean diameters of the micelles with different molecular weight copolymer were 123.6 nm and 192.0 nm respectively.The entrapment efficiencies were 16.9% and 23.7% respectively. The release at pH7.4 medium was expressed by following equation: Q=1.893 t+217.7,r=0.991 9 .CONCLUSION The nano micells of PEO PBLG copolymer with core shell structure can be used as a new carrier for sustained and controlled release drug systems.
