【摘要】 北京协和医院住院医师学历较高,大都毕业于卫生部部属医学院校,调出的住院医师 中以出国留学和考研为主。总体上看,住院医师的质量是有保障的,但需实行评聘分开政策,加强院外考入该院的研究生的临床训练,做好研究生的招收工作,加强在职申请学位制度和选送优秀住院医师出国深造的制度,切实保证住院医师培养的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The residents in PUMC Hospital are of high education, and most of them graduated from the medical colleges belonged to the Ministry of the Public Health. The most of the residents who want leave the hospital are going abroad or to study undergraduates. Generally, the residents in the hospital are of high quality. The administrators, however, should pay attention to implement the policy of separating grading technical tides and appointing positions", train the residents who are undergraduates from other units in clinical experiences, ensure recruiting high quality undergraduates, improving the system of the application of degrees and of sending good residents abroad, to ensure the quality of residents.更多还原
