我院人员流失情况调查及对策

【摘要】 通过对我院近两年调离人员的调查分析,发现我院调离人员中30岁以下、初级职称、本科以上学历的占多数,出国深造的人占多数。提出完善研究生培养汁划,提高医务人员收入,作好吸引留学人员回院服务的工作,才能化不利因素为有利因素,减少损失。

【Abstract】 We reviewed the data of the quitted employees from our hospital recent two years. The result suggested that most of the quitted employees from our hospital are younger than 30 years, primary tide and undergraduate course or over. Major of them want to go abroad to study. We should perfect the training project of the postgraduate students, improve the incomes of the employees, and attract more and more students abroad coming back to work in our hospital. To do all above will decrease the losing induced from the quitted employees.
