【Abstract】 We reviewed the data of the quitted employees from our hospital recent two years. The result suggested that most of the quitted employees from our hospital are younger than 30 years, primary tide and undergraduate course or over. Major of them want to go abroad to study. We should perfect the training project of the postgraduate students, improve the incomes of the employees, and attract more and more students abroad coming back to work in our hospital. To do all above will decrease the losing induced from the quitted employees.更多还原
