【摘要】 目的:探讨肝细胞生长因子（HGF）对兔关节体外培养软骨细胞的作用。方法:取10只大耳白兔的关节软骨制成软骨细胞悬液,接种到DMEM培养基中培养,细胞传至第3代后,加入不同浓度的HGF继续培养。通过MTT比色法及流式细胞仪技术检测培养细胞增殖情况。结果:HGF使软骨细胞增殖明显加快（P<0.05）,HGF的作用存在剂量效应关系。不同浓度的HGF对关节软骨细胞增殖的促进作用不同,1ng/ml时对细胞分裂增殖效应有作用,5-10ng/ml作用效果最明显,加大HGF浓度,并未见促增殖效应加强。结论:HGF对关节软骨细胞有明显促增殖作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Our aim was to investigate the influence of hepatocye growth factor (HGF)on the proliferation of cultured chondrocytes of rabbits. Methods: The cultured chondrocytes of rabbits were incubated with HGF of different concentrations . The influence of HGF on cell multiplication was measured by cell counting MTT assay and flow cytome-ter. Results: The HGF’ obviously promoted the proliferation of cultured chondrocytes of rabbits. There was a dose-effect relationship between the concentration of HGF and the proliferation of chondrocytes. Conclusion: The HGF has an obvious effect on promoting the proliferation of rabbit chondrocytes .更多还原
