【摘要】 目的 :对医院内临床标本中分离菌进行耐药性监测 ,为细菌性感染经验治疗提供依据。方法 :药敏试验用K B纸片法 ,根据 1999年美国临床实验室标准化委员会 (NCCLS)标准判断结果 ,应用WHONET 5软件对临床分离细菌的药敏结果进行统计。结果 :所监测抗生素均有不同程度的耐药。结论 :规范的细菌耐药性监测工作对医院感染菌治疗十分必要更多还原

【Abstract】 﨩bjective: [WT5"BZ]Our purposes were to examine the resistance of the infective bacteria in hospital and to offer a basis for the treatment of ba cteria infection. [WT5"HZ]Methods: [WT5"BZ]We used Kirby Baner (K B) test for antibiotics susceptivity test. The results were evaluated based on Nationa l Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards in 1999. The data were analysed b y using WHONET 5 software. [WT5"HZ]Results: [WT5"BZ]The infective bacteria w ere resistant to antibiotics with different degrees.
