滨蒿内酯对豚鼠气管平滑肌细胞细胞内钙离子浓度的影响
Scoparoneon Effect of Scoparone on [Ca2+]i of the Isolated Tracheal Smooth Muscle Cells of Guinea Pig
【摘要】 目的 :探讨滨蒿内酯 (Scop)松弛豚鼠气管平滑肌的机制。方法 :进行豚鼠气管平滑肌细胞分离 ,通过负荷钙离子荧光指示剂fluor 3 AM进行 [Ca2 + ]i 测定。结果 :Scop可直接降低豚鼠气管平滑肌 [Ca2 + ]ii,并且能抑制磷酸组织胺 (His)和咖啡因 (caffeine)对气管平滑肌 [Ca2 + ]i 的升高作用。结论 :Scop松弛豚鼠气管平滑肌的主要作用机制是抑制细胞内钙浓度水平
【Abstract】 﨩bjective: [WT5"BZ] Our aim was to study the mechanism o f the relaxation effect of scoparone(Scop) on the tracheal smooth muscle(TSM) of guinea pig. [WT5"HZ]Methods: [WT5"BZ]With the help of spectrophotometer, we detected the [Ca 2+ [DK]] ii of the isolated TSM loaded by fluor 3 A M of guinea pig. [WT5"HZ]Results: [WT5"BZ] The Scop directly reduced isolate d TSM [Ca 2+ [DK]] i of guinea pig, and inhibited increase of [Ca 2+ [DK]] i of TSM which was induced by histamine(His) and caffeine. [WT5"HZ]C onclusion: [WT5"BZ]The Scop has dilatory effect on TSM on condition of decrea sing the TSM [Ca 2+ ] i of guinea pig. [WT5"HZ]
