【摘要】 目的 :研究非小细胞肺癌组织中p34cdc2 的表达 ,探讨其表达与非小细胞肺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法 :随机收集非小细胞肺癌 (含癌旁组织和正常肺组织 )标本 10 0例 ,采用免疫组织化学S P法显示p34cdc2 的表达并结合肺癌的临床病理特征进行分析。结果 :p34cdc2 的表达在非小细胞肺癌组织与癌旁细小支气管上皮增生组织细胞中定位于细胞质中 ,在癌组织中有过表达 ,在癌旁组织中有增强表达 ,与正常组织间p34cdc2 表达差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。组织类型、分化程度和淋巴结转移与p34cdc2 的表达均无统计学意义。不同临床分期的非小细胞肺癌 ,其p34cdc2 的阳性表达差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :p34cdc2 在非小细胞肺癌中有过表达现象 ,过表达的p34cdc2 可作为反映非小细胞肺癌细胞分裂增殖能力和临床分期的参考指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Our aim was to study the expression of p34 cdc2 in non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and the relationship between the expression of p34 cdc2 and the clinicopathological features of NSCLC. Methods: One hundred cases of NSCLC with neighboring noncancerous tissues and healthy lung tissues were selected randomly. These samples were detected by using immunohistochemiscal method, and the clinicopathological features of NSCLC were analyzed. Results: The expression of p34 cdc2 was localized in cytoplasm of NSCLC cells and neighboring noncancerous tissues with proliferation in epithelial cell of bronchiole and small bronchus, showing brownish yellow and yellow . No color was found in nucleus. The difference was statistically significant in the expression of p34 cdc2 in cancer tissues and neighboring noncancerous tissues with proliferation in epithelial cell of bronchiole and small bronchus and healthy lung tissues (P<0.01). We found overexpression of p34 cdc2 in NSCLC and the expression of p34 cdc2 in neighboring noncancerous tissues with proliferation in epithelial cell of bronchiole and small bronchus was stronger than that in healthy lung tissues. No statistical significance was found between different histological types, differentiated degree, lymphatic metastasis, and the expression of p34 cdc2 . Difference between different clinical staging of NSCLC and positive expression of p34 cdc2 was statistically significant. (P<0.05). Conclusion: Overexpression of p34 cdc2 was found in NSCLC. Overexpression of p34 cdc2 can be one of good marks in showing the proliferative ability of NSCLC and determining the clinical stage of NSCLC.更多还原
