带蒂大网膜包肾术对肾小球硬化大鼠肾皮质TGF-β1基因表达的影响

【摘要】 目的 :探讨带蒂大网膜包肾术 (POT)对肾小球硬化大鼠肾皮质转化生长因子 (TGF - β1 )基因表达的影响。方法 :采用单侧肾切除加2次注射阿霉素制备肾小球硬化大鼠模型 ,观察带蒂大网膜包肾术对肾小球硬化大鼠肾皮质TGF - β1 基因表达的影响。结果 :带蒂大网膜包肾术使肾小球硬化大鼠肾皮质TGF - β1 基因表达明显上调 ,肾小球硬化减轻。结论 :带蒂大网膜包肾术能上调肾小球硬化大鼠肾皮质TGF - β1 基因表达 ,这是其延缓肾小球硬化的机理之一

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of pedicled omental transposition(POT)on genetic expression of renal cortex transforming growth factor(TGF-β 1)in glomerulosclerosis rats.Methods:The glomerulosclerosis rat models were prepared by injected adriamycin twice time into the uninephrectomized rats,and the effect of POT on genetic expression of renal cortex TGF-β 1 in glomerulosclerosis rats was observed.Results:The POT made the genetic expression of renal cortex TGF-β 1 in glomerulosclerosis rats ascend obviously,the glomerulosclerosis abated.Conclusions:The POT could ascend the genetic expression of renal cortex TGF-β 1 in glomerulosclerosis rats.This was one of the mechanisms delayed glomerulosclerosis.
