【摘要】 目的 :回顾性总结 5 5例颅内动脉瘤患者的外科治疗 ,探讨影响手术疗效的因素。方法 :从手术时机的选择、术中动脉瘤破裂的处理、术后血管痉挛的防治等方面总结应用显微神经外科技术 ,对 5 5例颅内动脉瘤进行的直视手术。结果 :按Hunt分级法术前 0～ 2级病例手术良好率为 93 % ,死亡率为 4 7%。结论 :动脉硬化性动脉瘤有上升趋势 ;60岁以上患者预后不良 ;2级以内病例应尽快手术更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:55 patients of intracranial aneurysm with surgical treatment were reviewed retrospectively,and the influential factors of curative effect of operation were discussed.Methods:From many sides such as the selection of the operation time,the management of aneurysm repture in operative period,the prevention and treatment of blood vessel spasm in post-operative period and so on,to summarize 55 patients with intracranial aneurysm which were operated under direct vision by microneurosurgery technology.Results:According to Hunt grading way,the operation’s favorable rate of preoperative patients of class 0～2 is 93%,the deathe rate is 4 7%.Conclusions:The sickness rate of arteriosclerotic aneurysm tends to rise,the patients of sixty and over have unfavourable prognosis,the patients under class 2 should be performed operation as soon as possible.更多还原
