【Abstract】 A process of the synthesis of lonidamine a (an anticancer drug) from toluene and aniline was developed.The raw materials can be obtained easily from the market and the reactions can proceed under normal conditions.The structure of the product was identified with an ultra violet spectrum,infra red spectrum,nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and elemental analysis.The results conformed to the values obtained from the literature.更多还原
