【Abstract】 A facile preparation of 2 mercapto 4 methyl 1,3 thiazol 5 yl acetic acid,an intermediate of cefodizime sodium,staring from 4 oxo pentanoic acid via bromization,cyclization and acid neutralization was described The reactions of all the steps were carried out under moderate conditions and the total yield was over 50%.更多还原
