【摘要】 目的 :考察茵栀黄注射液与5 %葡萄糖注射液 (5 %GS)、10 %葡萄糖注射液 (10 %GS)、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液 (GNS)、氯化钠注射液 (NS)、复方氯化钠注射液 (林格 )配伍的稳定性。方法 :在室温下 ,采用紫外分光光度法测定配伍后24h内不同时间黄苓苷的含量 ,并观察外观性状、测定 pH值 ,进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果 :在室温条件下 ,茵栀黄注射液与林格配伍后 ,其pH值变化明显 ,并有大量白点产生 ;与GNS配伍后 ,24h内其pH值及黄芩苷的含量均无明显变化 ;与其它3种输液配伍后 ,在2h内其pH值及黄芩苷的含量均无明显变化 ,但与NS配伍后不溶性微粒数不符合规定。结论 :茵栀黄注射液不能与NS、林格配伍 ,可与5 %GS、10 %GS、GNS配伍 ,但应临时配用 ,并在2h内用完更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of Yinzhihuang injection(YZH) mixed with 5% glucose solution,10% glucose solution,glucose in normal saline,normal saline and Ringer’s solution.METHODS:After YZH mixed with infusion fluid under room temperature,the contents of baicalin were determined with UV-spectrophotometry at different time periods within 24h,the apperance was observed,the pH values of baicalin were detected and identified by TLC.RESULTS:Under room temperature,after YZH mixed with Ringer’s solution,the pH value of baicalin was markedly changed and a lot of white particles appeared;after YZH mixed with GNS,no changes of pH value and content of baicalin were found within 24h.When YZH mixed with other 3 kinds of infusion fluid,there were no changes in pH value and content of baicalin within 2h,however,in mixing with NS,the number of insoluble particles produced was beyond the standard.CONCLUSION:YZH should not be mixed with NS or Ringer’s solution but it is compatible with 5%GS,10%GS and GNS,however,it should be mixed with them just before use and used up within 2h.更多还原
