【摘要】 目的 :建立反相高效液相色谱法测定关木通水煎剂中马兜铃酸A的含量。方法 :色谱柱 :SpherisorbODS2(4 6mm×250mm ,5μm ) ;流动相 :甲醇 -水 -冰醋酸 (72∶27∶1) ;流速 :1 0ml/min ;检测波长 :250nm。结果 :马兜铃酸A在0 0128μg～0 4096μg范围内线性关系良好 ,回归方程 :Y=4553 7 +5388319 3X ,r=0 9999 ;平均回收率为97 33 % ,RSD为2 34 %。结论 :本方法简便、灵敏、准确。更多还原
