【摘要】 目的 :研制复方紫归胶囊。方法 :以紫河车、当归、芍药等为主药 ,β-环糊精包囊 ;采用紫外分光光度法测定芍药苷的含量。结果 :芍药苷的线性范围为2～12μg/ml(r=0 9989) ,平均加样回收率=99 95 % (n=5) ,RSD=1 43 %。结论 :复方紫归胶囊处方设计合理 ,工艺稳定 ,质控简单、准确、重现性好更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To prepare compound Zigui capsules METHODS:The capsules were prepared by taking placenta,Angelicae Sinensis and Peony as main components encapsulated with β-cyclodextrin The content of paeoniflorin was determined by UV-spectrophotometry The linear range was 2～12μg/ml The average recovery was 99 95%(r=0 9 989)with a RSD of 1 43%(n=5) RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The formulation of compound Zigui capsules are rational,preparation technic being stable and the therapeutic effect on climacteric syndrome is satisfactory The quality control is simple,accurate and repeatable更多还原
