【摘要】 目的 :建立中黄胶囊中葛根素的含量测定方法 ,以控制该产品的质量。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,以DiamonsilC18 为固定相的色谱柱 ,甲醇 -0 015 %磷酸溶液 (23∶77)为流动相 ,检测波长249nm。结果 :葛根素的进样量在0 020μg～0 120μg 范围内与其峰面积有良好的线性关系 (r=0 9999) ,平均加样回收率为98 54 % ,RSD为1 07 %。结论 :该方法简便易行、准确可靠 ,可用于中黄胶囊的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of the content of puerarin in Zhonghuang capsules to control the quality of the product METHODS:The determination was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column(5μm,150mm×4 6mm) by UV detector at 249nm with methanol-0 015% phosphorate acid(23∶77) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 2ml/min RESULTS:The calibration cure was linear in the range from 0 020μg to 0 120μg of puerarin(r=0 9 999) The average recovery and the relative standard deviation of puerarin were 98 54% and 1 07%(n=6),respectively CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and reliable and can be used for the quality control of Zhonghuang capsules更多还原
