【摘要】 目的 :评价尼卡地平用于支撑喉镜手术时预防应激反应的效果。方法 :30例择期行支撑喉镜术的患者 ,随机分为常规组 (C组 )和尼卡地平组 (N组 ) ,每组15例。C组常规麻醉用药 ;N组常规用药 +尼卡地平10μg/kg 静脉注射 ,继之1～2μg/(kg·min)静脉滴注 ,监测患者围术期血压 (BP)、心率 (HR )和血糖 (Glu)等。结果 :两组从插管时到拔管时各检测点MBP和HR均增加 ,但与基础值比较 ,C组有统计学意义 (P<0 05) ,N组无统计学意义 ;两组同时点比较 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 05) ;各时点血糖 ,C组较N组高 (P<0 05)。结论 :尼卡地平能有效地预防支撑喉镜术中心血管的应激反应 ,在支撑喉镜术中应用有积极的临床意义更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To assess the preventing effect of nicardipine on stress reaction induced by direct laryngoscopy.ME_THODS:30 patients undergoing elective direct laryngoscopy were randomly divided into two groups:the routine group(group C)and nicardipine group(group N),15 patients for each group.In group C,anesthesia was performed with routine anesthetics,in group N,addition to routine anesthetics,nicardipine was administered by a bolus of 10μg/kg,there after 1～2μg/(kg·min)continuously intravenous administration.Blood pressure(BP),heart rate (HR) and blood sugar(Glu)were recorded perioperatively.RESULTS:The BP and HR increased in both groups from intubation to extubation,but when compared to the base value,the increase in group C had statistical significance (P<0.05),however,in group N had no significance(P>0.05);There were significant differences between two groups at the same time points(P<0.05).The levels of blood sugar in group C was higher than those in group N(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The usage of nicardipine can effectively prevent the cardiovascular stress response during direct laryngoscopy and application of nicardipine plays a positive role in such operations.更多还原
