【摘要】 探讨数字化Holter记录仪监测长程心室晚电位 (LVLP)的可靠性。健康受试者 30例 ,按立体正交导联方式记录 2 4h动态心电图 ,选择 1个LVLP数值 ,与同时记录的短程心室晚电位 (VLP)进行比较。结果两次记录的各参数差异不大 (95 .83± 8.34ms,2 2 .9± 7.0 3ms,5 4 .73± 2 5 .89μV及 95 .5 7± 8.5 7ms,2 3.99± 7.81ms,5 3.6 1± 2 5 .4 1μV ,P均 >0 .0 5 ) ;选取Holter中任意 3个连续的时间段 ,计算机自动计算出VLP各项参数的数值 ,分别比较这 3组数值 ,结果亦无明显统计学差异 (95 .5± 7.94ms,2 4 .6± 7.11ms ,4 6 .6± 2 4 .99μV ;95 .7± 8.73ms ,2 6 .6± 7.83ms,4 5 .8± 2 3.86 μV及 95 .6± 8.32ms ,2 6 .0± 8.6 8ms,4 7.6± 2 5 .12 μV ,P均 >0 .0 5 )。总QRS持续时间是各项参数中重复性最佳的指标。结论 :数字化Holter监测的LVLP与标准的实时记录有很好的一致性 ,且LVLP各项参数的重复性均很高更多还原

【Abstract】 Department of Cardiology,First Afliliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University,Harbin 150001,ChinaTo determine the reliability of long term ventricular late potential(LVLP) supervised by digital Holter recorder,30 health person were monitored by 24 hour three bipolar orthogonal digital Holter recorder,a value of LVLP was chosen and was compared with the record of the real time signal averaged ECG at the same time.The difference between long term and real time ventricular late potential is not big(95.83±8.34 ms,22.9±7.03 ms,54.73±25.89 μV vs 95.57±8.57 ms, 23.99 ±7.81 ms,53.61±25.41 μV, P >0.05;and then,three random continuous time separations were chosen in LVLP and the three continuous results were not statistic difference distinctively(95.5±7.94 ms,24.6±7.11 ms,46.6±24.99 μV;95.7± 8.73 ms ,26.6±7.83 ms,45.8±23.86 μV vs 95.6±8.32 ms,26.0±8.68ms,47.6±25.12 μV, P >0.05),The total QRS duration is the best of all parameters in its reproducibility.Conclusion:LVLP monitored by digital Holter recorder is consistent with the real time recorder very well,and the reproducibility of each parameter is high.更多还原
