脑细胞活性因子对小鼠学习、记忆能力的影响

【摘要】 目的 观察脑细胞活性因子 (BCAF)对小鼠学习、记忆能力提高和改善的作用。方法 通过改良的Morris水迷宫法测试4月龄小鼠 ,并将其分为学习记忆障碍组 (A、B) ,学习记忆减退组 (C、D) ,学习记忆正常组 (E、F) ,以及学习记忆正常加东莨菪碱组(G、H)。每组均设BCAF治疗组 (B、D、F、H)与生理盐水 (NS)对照组 (A、C、E、G)。治疗 14天后 ,再次水迷宫测试小鼠定向航行能力。结果 ①BCAF治疗组 :B、D和F组治疗后平均逃避潜伏期明显缩短 ,治疗前后比较差异十分显著 (均为P <0 .0 0 1)。②NS对照组 :A、C和E组治疗前后平均逃避潜伏期无显著差异 (分别为P >0 .5 ,P >0 .2和P >0 .2 )。③NS的A组与BCAF的B组治疗后比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 2 )。④BCAF加东莨菪碱治疗组 (H组 )与NS加东莨菪碱对照组 (G组 )一样 ,各组治疗前后平均逃避潜伏期比较均无显著差异 (P >0 .2和P >0 .1)。结论 BCAF可提高和改善小鼠学习记忆能力 ,尤其是能改善学习记忆障碍小鼠的学习记忆能力

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Brain Cell Active Factors (BCAF) on raising and improving learning and memory of mice. Methods 4-month-age mice were tested by using the modified Morris water maze, and were divided into learning and memory obstacle group (A. B), learning and memory deficit group (C. D) and learning and memory normal group and learning and memory normal adding scopolamine group (G. H). Every group mice again were divided into BCAF treated group (B. D. F. H. ) and normal saline (NS) control group (A. C. E. G.). Treated for 14 days, mice were analyzed the parameter of place navigation test by Morris water maze. Results 1) In BCAF treated mice of B. D and F groups, the escape latency of mice was significantly shortened after treatment compared with them before treatment (P<0.001). 2) In NS control groups (A. C. G), the escape latency had no significant change in mice after treatment compared with them before treatment (P>0.5, P>0.2, P>0.2). 3) The escape latency had significant difference in mice in NS control A group compared with them in BCAF treated B group after treatment (P<0.02). 4) The escape latency had no significant change in mice in BCAF adding scopolamine treated group (H.) compared with them in NS adding scopolamine control group(G) before and after treatment(P>0.2,P>0.1). Conclusion BCAF can raise and improve learning and memory of mice, particularly improve learning and memory in learning and memory obstacle mouse.
