【摘要】 目的　评估晚期血吸虫病人的生命质量状况 ,分析影响其生命质量的主要因素。方法　采用直接访谈式问卷分别调查 114例临床确诊的晚期血吸虫病例及健康人 ,应用生命质量量表测定分析其生命质量。结果　病例组生命质量综合指数、心理健康指数和躯体功能指数分别为 12 0 .94、2 4 .89和 5 9.4 3,低于对照组 137.0 0、35 .35和 6 3.15 ,两者差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;病例组的社会生活指数 (36 .6 2 )与对照组指数 (38.5 1)无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　晚期血吸虫病人的生命质量低于正常对照 ,可能与疾病所致的功能障碍有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the life quality of the patients of advanced schistosomiasis all sidely based on bio psycho social medical model and analyse the main factor affecting the patients’ life quality.Methods 114 clinical diagnosis of patients and their matched control were investigated by direct personal interview. Their quality of life were evaluated using life quality scale. Results The patients’ summary index of life quality, psychological health index and physical health index were 120.94, 24.89, 59.43 respectively, while the corresponding indices of control cases were 137.00, 35.35, 63.15 respectively. The indices of the patients were lower than those of the control cases significantly (P<0.05). There is no significant difference in social health index of patients and their control cases (P>0.05). Conclusion The patients’ life quality are lower than that of the control cases, mainly with disease to is relevant.更多还原
