【摘要】 目的　探讨精神分裂症患者脑血流速度的影响因素并对其进行分析。方法　对中山三院精神科 5 15例精神分裂症住院患者行经颅多普勒 (TCD)、血液检测 ,并收集其相关病史资料。结果　精神分裂症患者脑血管血流速度与性别、APOA成正相关 ,与年龄、病程、家族史、文化程度、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCHC、TRIG、GLU成负相关。结论　精神分裂症患者的脑血流速度受多种因素的影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence factors of the velocity of cerebral blood flow with schizophrenic patients.Methods Transcranial doppler ultrasonograph was performed on 515 schizophrenics to detect the velocity of cerebral blood flow. The various index of their blood and their disease history was taken.Results The velocity of cerebral blood flow with schizophrenic patients had positive correlation with sex and APOA, and had negative correlation with age, course, family history, education time, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCHC, TRIG,GLU.Conclusion A lot of factors had influence on the velocity of cerebral blood flow with schizophrenic patients.更多还原
