【摘要】 目的　评价各种手术方法治疗上斜肌麻痹的疗效。方法　 1 4年间用 1 7种手术方法治疗上斜肌麻痹 1 95例 ,对其中 1 85例进行平均 3 7个月的随访。结果　 1 85例行 2 2 7次手术 ,平均每例 1 2 3次。代偿头位、V型斜视的消除和减轻情况分别为 :1 0 3例 /1 1 0例 (93 6% )、 73例 /76例(96 1 % ) ;上斜肌力弱的功能恢复和改善 :1 5 8眼 /1 65眼 (95 8% )。治愈 76例 ,好转 98例 ,无效1 1例。总有效率 94 0 %。结论　上斜肌麻痹临床表现复杂 ,需选择符合具体病情的相应术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the results of a series of surgical procedures in treating superior oblique palsy (SOP). Methods Among the 195 cases with SOP who had undergone 17 kinds of procedures during the past 14 years, 185 cases were followed up with a mean duration of 37 months. Results 185 cases had 227 operations with an average of 1 23 operations each patient. The ration of elimination and relief of compensatory head posture, of superior oblique underaction and of V patterns of strabismus were successively 103/110 (93 6%),158/165 (95 8%),73/76 (96 1%) 90 4% cases achieved an excellent or good result. Conclusion No stereotype treatment mode exists because of the protean and complex manner of presentation in patient with SOP and ophthalmologist must apply the procedures flexibly according to the signs and symptoms of individual patient.更多还原
