【摘要】 目的　探讨双眼屈光参差程度与弱视程度的关系。方法　对 1 0 4例远视性屈光参差与 1 3例近视性屈光参差性弱视作屈光参差及双眼视力差的统计学分析。结果　远视性屈光参差组中 ,屈光参差程度与视力差关系密切 ,屈光参差程度越大 ,视力差越大。而在近视性屈光参差组中 ,二者未发现有显著性差异。结论　远视性屈光参差与双眼视力差明显相关。近视性屈光参差例数少 ,尚需积累资料进一步研究更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the degree of anisometropia and the depth of amblyopia. Methods We reviewed 104 cases of aniso hypermetropia and 13 cases of aniso myopia and analysed their correlations. Results In the group of aniso hypermetropia, the degree of anisometropia and depth of amblyopia show a significant correlation. The greater the anisometropia, the larger the difference of the visual acuity is. While in the group of myopia, both of them show no significant difference. Conclusion The degree of aniso hypermetropia and the difference of visual acuity has a close relationship, while we didn′t find any relationship in the group of myopia. The number of myopic patients is too small to draw conclusion. Further study is needed.更多还原
