【摘要】 目的 :探讨老年非风湿性心房颤动 (房颤 )脑缺血发生 (包括短暂脑缺血发作及脑栓塞或脑梗塞 )与血清脂蛋白 (a) [LP(a) ]的关系。方法 :无脑缺血发生的非风湿性慢性房颤患者 (无脑缺血发生组 ) 42例及近期 (3周至 2个月内 )曾发生短暂脑缺血患者 (脑缺血发生组 ) 38例 ,采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)测定血清LP(a)水平 ,另选 40例同期住院的器质性心脑血管病变且无房颤患者作对照 (对照组 )。结果 :脑缺血发生组血清LP(a)浓度显著高于无脑缺血发生组及对照组 (P均 <0 0 1) ,而无脑缺血发生组与对照组相比 ,血清LP(a)浓度无差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :老年非风湿性慢性房颤患者血清LP(a)浓度升高可能是导致脑缺血发生的因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between lipoprotein(a) and transient cerebral ischemia due to nonrheumatic atrial fibrillation (AF) in the aged. Methods:Using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) the serum concentrations of Lp(a) were measured in 80 patients with nonrheumatic chronic AF and in 42 controls cases. The AF patients were divided into a group of 42 patients with transient cerebral ischemia occurred recently or a group of 38 patients without cerebral ischemia ever developing. Results:The concentrations of serum Lp (a) were significantly higher in the first group than those of the second group or the control group ( p <0 01). However, there was no difference between the second group and the control group in serum Lp(a) concentrations( p >0 05). Conclusion:The increase in serum Lp(a) in the older patients with nonrheumatic chronic AF may be one of the precipitating factors for cerebral ischemia.更多还原
