【摘要】 目的 对吉林省实施“卫生部加强与促进结核病控制项目”痰菌阳性肺结核病人的发现、治疗、管理等资料进行效果评价。方法 根据“项目”工作特点,收集历年“项目”统计资料,对其整理、汇总、分析、评价。结果 本“项目”的实施,极大的提高了痰菌阳性肺结核病人治愈率,有利于消灭传染源,使结核病防治工作成为政府行为,对结核病防治工作起到了加强与促进作用。结论 本“项目”具有一定的社会效益,是一条低投入、高产出、符合成本效益规律的结核病防治工作道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To evaluate the effect of finding, treatment and management concerning with Jilin Provincial implementing "T.B. Control Project of M.P.H." for sputum T.B. bacillus-positive pulmonary T.B. case. Method According to the project’s features, analyze and evaluate all project data collected year by year. Result the results show that the healing rate of smear-positive pulmonary T.B. cases has been significantly raised. It facilitates T. B prevention and control become government participatory program. Conclusion The project implementation plays a key role for strengthening and promoting T. B. prevention work and achieves great social effects, which is a low - investment and high- products way for T. B. prevention work and conforms to the regulation of cost and effects.更多还原
