【摘要】 目的 :研究杭州市不同时期分离的淋病奈瑟菌对 5种抗生素的敏感性。方法 :用琼脂稀释法对门诊 1998年 7月～ 2 0 0 1年 10月分离的 2 85株淋病奈瑟菌进行青霉素、四环素、壮观霉素、氧氟沙星及头孢曲松的最小抑菌浓度 (MIC)测定 ,并就 PPNG株和 non- PPNG菌株的 MIC值进行了比较。结果 :青霉素、四环素等 5种抗生素 MIC值 2 0 0 1年～ 1998年两者之间比较 ,青霉素、四环素等 5种抗生素 MIC值2 0 0 1年与 1998年两者之间比较 ,除壮观霉素没有变化外 ,其余都有显著变化 ,而氧氟沙星变化最大。PPNG菌株与非 PPNG菌株 MIC值除氧氟沙星外均存在差异。结论 :表明了杭州市淋病奈瑟菌 5种抗生素耐药性变迁 ,以便为临床选择用药提供依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the susceptibility of five kinds of antibiotics against Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolated from Hangzhou in different periods Methods:Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of penicillin,tetracyline,ceftriaxone,ofloxacin and spectinomycin to 285 strains of N gonorrhoeae isolated from 1998 to 2001 were determined using the agar dilution method,and the MIC values to PPNG and non PPNG strains were compared Results:The MIC values of 5 antibiotics(except spectinomycin) to the isolates in 2001 have changed significantly than that in 1998,and the changes of MIC values of ofloxacin was the biggest among them There was a difference in MIC values between PPNG and non PPNG (except ofloxacin) Conclusion:The study showed the changes of susceptibility of five kinds of antibiotics against N gonorrhoeae isolated from Hangzhou in different periods so that these findings provide laboratory evidence for the treatment of gonorrhea更多还原
