【摘要】 目的　探讨经皮微波凝固疗法 (PMCT)对小肝癌结节的疗效。方法　PMCT治疗直径 <3cm的肝细胞癌 (HCC) 2 7例共 44结节。观察局部疗效、生存率及复发情况。结果　肿瘤完全消融率达 95 5 %,1年、2年和 3年生存率为 96 2 %、81 4 %和 81 4 %。局部复发率为 2 3%,远处复发率为 5 9 3%。结论　PMCT对直径 3cm以下的肝癌结节效果满意 ,创伤小 ,简便经济 ,具有很高的临床实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy (PMCT) for small hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) nodules.Methods PMCT was performed on 27 HCC patients with 44 tumor nodules.The local efficacy,survival rate and recurrence rate were observed.Results After PMCT,the complete ablation rate was 95 5%.The 1-,2-and 3-year survival rates were 96 2%,81 4%and 81 4% respectively.The local and distant recurrence rates were 2 3%and 59 3%.Conclusion PMCT can completely ablate HCC nodules less than 3cm with advantages of minimal invasiveness,simple manipulation and lower medical cost.更多还原
