【摘要】 采用文献调研、问卷调查、访问调查、数据统计分析法等 ,了解我国田径运动后备力量培养的现状及存在的问题。研究结果表明 ,在我国当前的多级训练体制下 ,田径运动后备力量培养存在着各层次培养目标系统性不强、后备力量培养渠道比较狭窄、运动员的运动训练与文化课学习之间的矛盾较为突出、业余训练淘汰率高等问题 ,据此提出了我国田径后备力量发展的对策更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the method of document, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, the author tries to find out the current situation and existing problems of reserve in athletics in China. The result shows that the goal of culturing for reserve is unrealistic, the way is narrow and single, training and studying is contradictory, the rate of elimination is high in amateur training.更多还原
